Credit Policy
Due to the unavailability of pre-authorization systems (money blockage) on credit cards by local banks, the hotel will not be able to accept a credit card as a method of guarantee.
We inform you that in order to have credit in the hotel to make your consumptions, you will have to leave a deposit in your room account for the amount that you consider.
If at the end of your stay, you still have credit, it will be returned at check out.
If, on the other hand, you use up your credit before the end of your stay, you will have to go to the front desk to make a new deposit. The credit will be closed and a letter will be sent to your room informing you of this.
You always have the option to pay for all your meals in the restaurants directly, if you prefer not to leave a deposit.
