General Information
External Visits
All external visitors must pass by reception to register their entry, providing an identification document (ID or Passport). In case of an overnight stay at the hotel, an extra charge of 22€ will be applied.
Dress Code
It is not allowed to access bars, restaurants, reception and common areas of the hotel without a shirt.
Balcony
Hanging towels or clothes on the terrace railing is prohibited for aesthetic reasons. Please change your towels at the reception or at the towel house as often as you need during your stay.
Pool & Beach Sunbeds
Kindly be informed that reserving sunbeds at the beach or at the pool is not allowed. Towels or items used to reserve a lounger will be removed by our team.
Nudity or Topless
Since we are a family-friendly resort, it is not allowed.
Smoking
All our rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace.
Tap Water
Tap water is not drinkable, we advise only using it for boiling, cleaning, showering, and washing. Complimentary filtered water is provided in all rooms.
Mosquitos
Since we are on a tropical island, mosquitos might be found, especially during the night. Please make sure you keep your balcony door closed as much as possible. You will find mosquito repellent wipes in your room.
Drones
Drones are not allowed on the entire property in order to protect our guests' privacy.
